Saleem's West of the Hanna family is the first of a second generation restaurant. Salim Hanna introduced Lebanese food to St. Louis in 1974 in his South Grand location.
In 1979, he renovated and restored The Pelican restaurant to its original state. In 1988, he opened Saleem's Lebanese restaurant in the University City Loop. |
